Contact Technical Support
What should I do if I have problem with my 3D Printer?
- Almost all manufacturers have some kind of trouble shooting guide on their website, so that's a good place to start. If you don’t find the answer or need more help, please open a ticket on the manufacturers website. If the manufacturer don't have this option, you can always get help from us by opening a ticket in our support portal.
What information does the technical support need?
- The technicians can help you much faster if you provide them with as much information about the issue as possible. If you can attach pictures or a short video of the problem that the technician can look at. Providing more information straight away reduces the need for follow-up questions, meaning you will get a quicker solution to your problem.
- Always provide your order number or customer number, which model the printer is and the printer’s serial number.
