Our goal is to keep all our customers satisfied and happy with us and our products.
We always do our utmost to ensure our products and our communication with you will be correct.
If there is something that does not work, we will do our utmost to correct this.
Warranty / Complaints
You have 1 years warranty on all products from us. Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.
However we recommend that you buy our extended Service Plan for all 3D Printers as this is a complex product with many moving parts.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors.
When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. This applies even in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself. The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from 3D Prima.
If you have a warranty issue you wish to make a complaint. Please contact us and we will get back with information on how we will solve this. If a product is to be returned we will give you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions.
Returning unwanted goods – EU Consumers only
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 working days.Â
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract / order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cooling off period
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive or pick up the item. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
You may return your item even if you have opened the packaging and tested the product. If the product is not properly cleaned, accessories are missing, consumable materials have been used, or there is physical damage, we will charge a fee to restore the item to its original condition. The deduction depends on the condition of the item when we receive it. No deduction will be made if the product is returned in an unchanged condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging with the associated packing materials.
Exceptions from the Right of Return
- Software with a license key
- Opened and used filament and resin
- Spare parts classified as wear parts, such as nozzles, belts, build surfaces, etc.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- Notify 3D Prima's customer service within 14 days from the day you received the order, or part of it, that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Return the item in its original product box with the designated inner packaging as soon as possible after notifying us of the contract withdrawal.
Please note that you bear the risk if the product is damaged during return shipping. Therefore, ensure that the item is well-packaged in its original packaging with the appropriate packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in non-original packaging and/or poorly packed.
