The Conch Hotend™ is built to provide long-lasting performance and ease of use. It’s designed to work seamlessly with Bambu Lab X1 and P1 series printers. With a flow rate of up to 35 mm³/s, it delivers efficient extrusion for both standard and composite materials.

 

The hotend comes with an EndCoat™ nozzle, which has a hardness of HV3300, lasting up to 2.5 times longer than a hardened steel nozzle. The titanium alloy heatbreak ensures excellent thermal management, while the copper-coated heating block helps maintain stable heat across the hotend.

 

Thanks to its robust kinematic coupling system, the Conch Hotend™ minimizes damage from impacts and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. It’s a solid upgrade for anyone looking to enhance their Bambu Lab printer’s performance.

 

Please note: This hotend does not include a heating cartridge or thermistor. Also, the Conch Hotend™ is a fully integrated system, meaning the nozzle cannot be replaced individually.

 

The Conch Hotend™ is compatible with common 3D printing materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, and it’s also suitable for more advanced composite filaments like carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), steel, and wood.
